ATR板規(guī)格

內(nèi)反射(ATR)元件(IRE)的尺寸由其長度(l)、寬度(w)和厚度(t)給出。從入口孔徑中心到出口孔徑中心的IIR長度決定了反射的數(shù)量,N.。
N=(l/t)tanθ
如果l保持不變,則無需重新調(diào)整附件即可更換不同厚度的板。
注意,對于l=50 mm和θ=45°度,葉尖到葉尖的長度,l(t-t)=l+t。對于t=2,該長度為52 mm,對于t=1 mm,該長度為51 mm。
