ATR板規(guī)格：

內(nèi)反射（ATR）元件（IRE）的尺寸由其長度（l）、寬度（w）和厚度（t）給出。從入口孔徑中心到出口孔徑中心的IIR長度決定了反射的數(shù)量，N.。
N=（l/t）tanθ
如果l保持不變，則無需重新調(diào)整附件即可更換不同厚度的板。
注意，對于l=50 mm和θ=45°度，葉尖到葉尖的長度，l（t-t）=l+t。對于t=2，該長度為52 mm，對于t=1 mm，該長度為51 mm。
